Honest, accurate quotes
Quote Connect will always do its best to ensure that its registered businesses provide honest, accurate quotes and any feedback you give about a business that doesn’t live up to its expectations of a submitted request, may result in us removing the business from the Quote Connect website
Please be advised that all quotes provided to you by businesses, although they are intended to be as accurate as possible, they are indicative and subject to change at any time.
As a provider, all quotes provided by you must be both accurate and comparable with other businesses within the same request. Although the quotes you provide may be subject to change, please be aware that should you be seen to mis-quote on a number of occasions (keeping in mind that customers may provide us with feedback after each job is done) you may be removed from the Quote Connect website at any time.
As a registered Quote Connect business, you must only submit quotes that are relevant, comparable and completely serviceable by your business. If our mutual client has a deadline for a request to be completed and you think you may be too busy to complete their request by the designated date, we ask that you please do not submit a quote to this customer.
All quotes provided by service providers are valid until the "start date" of the project which is nominated by the "buyer". It is to the discretion of the provider as to whether they honour the quote after the "start date".
Bringing buyers and providers together
Any requests / quotes that you submit to our mutual client are strictly between you and the client. Quote Connect merely acts as a “meeting environment” for buyers and providers of goods and services, and will not be held responsible for any dealings, payment matters or satisfaction-related issues relating to the service that is being, or has been performed.
Quote Connect simply acts as the middle-person in bringing its buyers and providers together. It is not responsible for any transactions that occur between the service-provider and the customer.
All payments, job-fulfilment / satisfaction are strictly between the requestor and the service-provider. You may be given the opportunity to give your feedback about a business once you have used or dealt with them, and your feedback may or may not be publicised for all Quote Connect members to view at any time. Usually, we will use this customer feedback for administration purposes, to maintain a high level of quality control over its providers.
Quote Connect will never intentionally favour a particular business, or have any subjective influence over a requestors decision to select a business for any given request.
Quote Connect Quality Control
To ensure the finest customer service and quality control, either upon registration or for a particular request that has been submitted, you may be contacted by us via phone, email or fax. This will usually be to confirm personal details or details of your request that we may seek clarification on.
Mis-use of the Quote Connect website
For false requests that are submitted (baring in mind IP addresses are monitored and stored), Quote Connect reserves the right to warn, block or suspend the access of a Quote Connect member at any time without his or her consent.
For businesses, Quote Connect reserves the right to remove any of its providers if there is good reason to believe that they are either misleading users or mis-quoting. This will be constantly monitored by its quality control staff.
Lastly, Quote Connect reserves the right to remove any member, at any time, for any reason that it may feel necessary.
"Sign-up Credit" and "Bonus Credit"
As a provider with QuoteConnect, you may be rewarded with some 'sign-up credit' or 'bonus credit'. Sign-up credit is what you may be rewarded with upon sign-up and bonus credit is credit that we may choose to reward you with at any time throughout your membership. If you choose to cancel your membership at any time, any outstanding credit that you have cannot be redeemed into cash (as it can only be used to for purpose of obtaining leads).
No Contract Term for Providers
As a provider, you are not locked into a contract that lasts for a particular term. We strongly recommend that our new members receive a minimum of 10 requests/leads in order to receive a proper trial for which they can properly measure the success that the QuoteConnect service brings you. Should you decide to cancel your subscription before you have received the 10 leads, no cancellation fee will be applicable.
Lead "Discount Price" and "Normal Price"
The "Discount Price" is the price you are charged at any given time and it may vary at any time. The "Normal Price" is the standard price for a particular category and the "Discounted Price" may revert to the "Normal Price" at any given time. Please be advised that prices may change from time to time so it is important that you keep an eye on the pricing table in order to keep up with any changes that may occur. You will generally receive an email when a change in price occurs but we in case you don’t, we urge you to monitor your pay-per-lead prices from your admin on a regular basis. Please also note the "Normal Price" may change also at any given time.
Lead Return Policy
Acceptable Reasons For Returning A Lead Request:
The lead request does not meet the requested parameters outlined in your "provider" profile on the Additional Parameters page corresponding to the category the lead is for. (e.g. Volume does not meet requested criteria, geographic constraints, etc...)
The contact information provided in the lead request proves to be inaccurate. (e.g. Wrong phone number, incorrect email address, or false contact name, make it impossible to contact customer)
The lead request contains information within the scope of the request that is inaccurate or misleading and in turn creates the lead to not fall in to the outlined vendor parameters. (e.g.
Customer requests a Call Centre that will handle over 10,000 inbound calls per month…upon contact of "buyer", the actual volume is 100 calls per month.
"Providers" can return such leads if they have previously outlined in their "provider" profile parameters detailing a minimum call volume that this lead request now does not exceed)
The lead request was placed by a company in the same industry in effort to gain competitive intelligence.
The lead request is a duplicate to another lead recently received. (Credit will only be provided if the lead contains identical contact information and is for the same services as requested in the first lead).
Unacceptable Reasons For Returning A Lead Request:
Pricing constraints. QuoteConnect.com.au cannot be held responsible for providers pricing structure.
Additional parameters that are not detailed in your provider profile. QuoteConnect.com.au cannot be held accountable for parameters, which are not outlined in providers profile.
Time frame in which customer is utilising to make a purchase
"Provider" does not retrieve lead request in a timely fashion and does not wish to be charged for lead. QuoteConnect.com.au cannot be responsible for the time frame or frequency in which providers monitor and or follow-up with lead requests.
Change and Development
Due to the fact that the Quote Connect website may change along with its policies, please ensure that you always read the terms and conditions before using our services each time. We reserve the the right to change or modify these terms and conditions at any stage in line with any new developments and changes performed by Quote Connect.
